How To Buy Good Leads
To most people, buying sales leads is a crapshoot… either the leads will convert or they won’t. If this sounds like your typical lead buying experience, I’m guessing you’ve spent a lot of money on bad leads.
Fortunately, there are ways of researching lead sellers to find out just how good their leads will be BEFORE you spend your money with them.
HOW DO YOU FIND THEM?
The best way to do this is through reverse engineering. Sound fancy or technical? Well, it’s not… it’s as simple as searching around for a product/service/opportunity that’s the same as or similar to your own and keep an eye out for websites that really push for you to enter your information.
When you find sites like these, poke around on Google for the domain name, or do a whois lookup (www.whois.net) on the domain to see the name or company name of the site owner, and research that information.
With enough digging, you can usually find your way back to the company or individuals that are getting the leads, and contact them to purchase. If you’re lucky, sometimes your research will bring up deals or special offers the company isn’t publicly advertising. I can’t tell you how many times that’s happened to me.
